The section of line that the present day Colne Valley Railway operates on was originally opened 150 years ago. To celebrate the occasion, we will be holding our own gala featuring visiting steam locomotives, local history displays and archive photography.

Dogs
For a trial period, the Colne Valley railway will permit visitors to bring their dogs with them, subject to the owners (and dogs) adhering to our guidelines. An admission charge will be made for each dog.
Dogs will not be permitted at the following Events: A Day Out with Thomas, Santa Specials / Steam with Santa, School events, Pullman Dining Services.
